Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Tele Neuro
Shifts Available: Days (Rotating Weekends) 7a-7p; and Nights (Rotating Weekends) 7p-7a
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
Job Requirements:
·1 year of ACUTE CARE RN experience.
·Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
·Current BLS required
·Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
·BSN is preferred

- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Job Requirements:

Compensation:
- Pay Rates: Up to $39.60/hr. (Based on years of experience)
- Shift Differentials: $3/hr. Nights and $2/hr. weekends
