In this role you will provide nursing care in cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients. Pay rates: UP to Max. $48.00/hr. (Based on years of experience)
Shift Diffs: Nights $4.25/hr., Weekends $3/hr.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually
- You will provide follow-up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals
- You must coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while always being patient focused and safety aware.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED acute care experience Required
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course, or TNCC Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
