What You’ll Do in the Role:
The Director of Surgical Services high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Required
- Master's Degree – Highly preferred
- MUST have 1+ years of recent acute care Director of Surgical Services experience
- MUST have 3+ years applicable experience in acute care Surgical Services
- Salary range: $123K - $185K/year (Based on years of experience)
- Incentive Bonus: 17.5% potential
- Sign on bonus: Yes, Case by case
