Shifts/Schedule: Mixed 10-hour shifts | Full-Time | On-Call Required (Must live within 30 minutes from the facility)
What You’ll Do:
As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the immediate post-operative care of surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include managing airway support, closely monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to any complications or side effects. You will provide initial wound care to the patients’ surgical site and ensure patient stability during recovery. You will collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. This role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours which will be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications Required:
- Must have 1 year of Recent (Within the last year) acute care PACU RN experience. Critical Care Experience is strongly preferred in addition to the PACU RN experience.
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Pay rate range: Min $27.72/hr. – Max $39.60/hr. (Based on years of experience)
- Shift Diffs: After 3pm $2.50/hr., On Call $4/hr.
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
