Position: RN Med Surg – Medical Surgical Nurse  
Location: Hudson, FL
Shifts/Schedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends) or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Med/Surg patients.
• You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders.

Qualifications Required:

• MUST have at least 1 year of experience working in an acute care setting.
• On-site Interviews for this role are required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate range: Min $30/hr. – Max $42/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Shift Diffs: Nights $4.75/hr., Weekends $3/hr.
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (Paid out in increments over 6 months)
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis
