- Days (Rotating Weekends)
- Nights (Rotating Weekends) *1 shift available for Nights*
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
- Monitor critical vital signs enabling the intervention of life-threatening situations.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Compensation Details:
Pay Rate: UP to $49.06/hr. (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr. nights; $1.50/hr. weekends
Sign On Bonus:
- For Day Shift: $10,000
- For Night Shift: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Recent ICU or CVICU RN experience in acute care Required
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
- American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
