Registered Nurse RN – ICU and CVICU Available
Location: Sanford, FL
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
Available Shifts:
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends) *1 shift available for Nights*
Key Responsibilities:
Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
Monitor critical vital signs enabling the intervention of life-threatening situations.
Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Compensation Details:
Pay Rate: UP to $49.06/hr. (17+ years of experience)
1+ years of Recent ICU or CVICU RN experience in acute care Required
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
