Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is a sincerely caring and compassionate professional and assumes accountability in utilizing the nursing process to provide dynamic patient management. We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registrar to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient registration and admission of patients in the emergency department setting.

Qualifications:

• New Grad RN’s Welcome!
• Skills/Experience: Trauma, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Moderate Sedation – Highly Preferred.
• 2 years of experience working in Emergency Department – Highly preferred
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ESRD, Substance Abuse Disorders, Psychological Disorders, COPD, CHF, Abdominal Pain, Chest Pain
• Required Education: RN ASN; BSN preferred.

Compensation:

• New Grad RN’s Welcome!
• Relocation bonus: Case by Case. 1 year commitment minimum.
• Sign on bonus: Candidates with less than 2 years’ experience - $10,000. Over 2 years’ experience - $25,000. 2-year commitment to receive the full bonus.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• Licensure: Open to Nurses who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure. Candidates must obtain prior to start.
• Pay Rates: UP to $46.48/hr. (based on years of experience)
• Shift Diffs: Weekday Evening - $4.50/hr.; Weekday Night - $5.00/hr.; Weekend Day - $5.00/hr.; Weekend Night - $7.50/hr.
