CT Technologist

Shift: Full-time • Days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 7a-7p)


Job Summary:
Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying computerized ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Operates the CT equipment used to expose the radiographic film, develops and organizes films. Operates equipment safely and maintains A.L.A.R.A. standards while performing all types of procedures. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff.
 
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of CT Tech experience Required. Acute care experience is not required but preferred.
  • If the candidate does not have CT registry, must have cross trained in CT.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R); (CT) preferred
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Graduate of Technical Degree or Associate Degree in accredited Radiology Technology Program
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Compensation:
  • Pay Rates: UP to $40.65/hr. (Based on years of experience)
  • Shift Diffs: Nights $4.50/hr. (Must work at least 4 hours between 7p-7a to qualify) Weekends $3/hr.
  • Relocation bonus: Case by Case
  • Sign on bonus: 20K
