What You’ll Do:
The Director of Emergency Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s) and department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director of Emergency Services fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

What You’ll Do:

The Director of Emergency Services fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Required
- Master's Degree - Preferred
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years of Director of ED level experience in an acute care setting; 1+ years applicable experience - Required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $130K - $170K – Highly dependent on years of experience; Includes +17.5% - 26.25% bonus incentive
- Sign-on Bonus/Relocation Assistance: $15,000 lump sum + an additional $10,000 available for applicable candidates (Will discuss during phone screen)
