Position Title:  RN Director of Cardiovascular Services – Miami, FL

Shift: Full-time • Permanent Position

Job Summary:
The Director of Cardiovascular Services assumes the role as a leader in planning, directing and managing the department and staff to assure quality service on a 24-hour basis. The Director of Cardiovascular Services is responsible for the staff performance and the accomplishment of department responsibilities in accord with corporate, hospital, department, and safe policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. Responsible for providing high-quality patient care to and acting as liaison with patients and their representatives, for promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, for promoting internal and external customer satisfaction and for appropriate resource management, and for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Qualifications:
  • FL RN license
  • BLS, ACLS certifications
  • Associate’s Degree - Required; Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
  • 1+ yrs  of ACUTE CARE DIRECTOR of cardiovascular services leadership REQUIRED *Would be open to manager experience if the candidate has several years of experience as a manager in cardiovascular unit *MUST HAVE CATH LAB DIRECTOR/ MANAGER EXPERIENCE
  • RCVT - Preferred
Additional Information: 
  • MUST BE an RN
  • Must have Director or Manager Cath Lab experience
  • 4 Labs w/Neurointerventional Suite w/Biplane Angiography, Electrophysiology EP / Echo
  • 20 FTE’s 
Compensation:
  • Pay Rates: UP to $85/hr. (Based on years of experience)
  • Bonus: Up to 15% Yearly Director Performance Bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case
