RN Director of Cardiovascular Services

Position Title:  RN Director of Cardiovascular Services – Austin, TX

Shift: Full-time • Days (No Weekends)

Job Summary:
The Director maintains 24-hour responsibility for the direction, supervision, coordination, and evaluation of activities and performances in the professional practice of the Cardiovascular [CV] staff in the following depts: Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Echo Lab, Cardiac Pre/Post Procedure Dept.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required 
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred 
  • 2+ years experience in cardiovascular setting required 
  • 1+ years’ experience in management required 
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 
  • Directors employed prior to 1.1.2023: Current license and certification meet requirements. 
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Technologist with one of the following credentials: RN, RCIS, RT(R) required 
  • BLS Certification as per St. David’s Healthcare Policy required 
  • ACLS certification as per St. David’s Healthcare Policy within 90 days of hire date 
Compensation:
  • Salary: UP to $150/yr. (Based on years of experience)
