Registered Nurse RN Open Heart - CVOR RN

Position: Registered Nurse RN Open Heart (CVOR RN)

Shift Details: Days (7a-7p) 

On Call: It’s a call once a week and one weekend a month. However, there could be changes depending on the need of the department. On call as needed.

Position Summary:
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and accurately analyzing assessment data to inform and guide clinical decision-making and care planning for cardiovascular patients requiring critical care
  • Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and communication skills by effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care
 
Qualifications:
 
·         1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment Required!
·         Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
·         BSN is preferred
·         BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
·         CNOR preferred

Compensation:
  • Pay Rate: UP to $46.26/hr. (Based on years of exp.)
  • On call pay: $4
  • Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr. Nights, $1.50/hr. Weekends, and $1.50/hr. for having a National Certification
