What You’ll Do:
The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Tasks and responsibilities include assessing plans and evaluating patient care needs.

What You’ll Do:
The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Tasks and responsibilities include assessing plans and evaluating patient care needs.
Qualifications Required:
- MUST have acute care RN experience (It doesn’t need to be in Med/Surg) and must be within the last 3 years; Unless, you have several years of experience then it can be within the last 5 years!
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN – Required
- Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Pay rate range: Min $27.72/hr. – Max $39.60/hr. (Must have 15 years of experience or more to be considered for Max)
- Shift diffs: $4.00/hr. Nights; $3.00 Weekends
- Sign On: $10,000 Days; $15,000 Nights
- Relocation: Available case by case
