RN Critical Care - Float Pool

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care - Float Pool

Shifts Available:
Nights (Rotating Weekends) 7p-7a



Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Critical Care RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

What will you do in this role:

· Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
· Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
· Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

·         2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Critical Care RN experience within unit required
·         Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
·         Current BLS required
·         Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
·         BSN is preferred

Compensation:
  • Flat Rate: $43/hr.
  • Shift Differentials: $3/hr. Nights and $2/hr. weekends
  • Sign On: 25K (Nights Only)
